Post Retreat Report, 2015

Two meetings were held by Land & Town Planning Action Group on 1st and 8th June, 2015 in order to analyze and fine-tune the outcomes of the Auroville Retreat which took place in March 2015. The group categorized the tasks of the Retreat and set goals and completion deadlines for each for an effective implementation. The tasks were as follow: (i) protection of Green Belt land use and protection of land encroachment, (ii) land purchase prioritization, (iii) improving land utilization and public building utilization, (iv) developing a connection between the Galaxy Plan and the ground reality, (v) creating a sustainability framework.
