Auroville Community Participation Framework

This report aims to equip the Township of Auroville with a Community Participation Framework, facilitating transparent planning processes. The framework, shaped by principles and tested through a pilot study, underwent modifications based on feedback. The report has an extensive pre-project literature review and local research-informed framework development. The report details steps, from establishing context to evaluation. Recommendations emphasize online tool adoption and phased implementation. The pilot study focused on envisioning community features and employed diverse engagement methods, yielding insights for future endeavors.
